The BRLT staff is committed to creating a workplace that values work-life balance while creating a lasting impact in our community. Each staff member participates willingly and openly in leadership training, believing that everyone can be a leader regardless of their position within the organization. The staff works together to annually review and as needed revise their group agreements which help guide the culture within the organization.
