The BRLT staff is committed to creating a workplace that values work-life balance while creating a lasting impact in our community. This supportive team has committed to growing with each other and within their area of expertise. Each staff member participates willingly and openly in leadership training, believing that everyone can be a leader regardless of their position within the organization. The staff works together to annually review and as needed revise their group agreements which help guide the culture within the organization.
